The World cup is coming to South Africa

This is the single biggest event ever hosted by our country and we are exceptionally proud to be a part of it. “I am sure that South Africans will transform the entire country into a hub of passion in June 2009 during the FIFA Confederations Cup and moreover between 11 June and 11 July 2010," said FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter. The South African government, as well as the corporate world and the South African public have all come together to make this one of the greatest World Cups to ever be held, and we expect, like China did with the Olympics, to set the benchmark that all future hosting countries will measure their success from. One of areas that Government have relied heavily on the public to provide services in is accommodation. This is the first time that the organisers have allowed guest houses and B&B’s to be allocated as official accommodation. Even with this allowance, there is still a massive shortage of accommodation for the 2010 events.
