  • Do I have to sign any other contracts?
Yes. Once we have found a guest who is interested in renting your property, we will send out an inspector to validate your property. This validation process will ensure that the guest is getting exactly what was advertised on our site. You will have to complete an inventory list (this will form the basis of your insurance cover, so remember to fill it out completely) and sign off on the lease agreement and validation certificate. When the guest checks in, you will have to go through the inventory with him and on check-out, make sure that the check out validation certificate is filled in correctly. This form will be the basis for any claims, so fill it out completely! Remember that we are dealing with international guests, so the2010HUB has done everything possible to protect all the parties involved.
