We provide three different search options: a full search (including an advanced search), a map search and a reference search to find your accommodation easier when making your final decision.
Once you are registered, you can login to your personal member’s area to track and follow your bookings and reservations.

Accommodation validation service
As soon as you have found your perfect property and indicated interest, a member of THE2010HUB will go out and validate the property to ensure that the advert displayed on the website is a true and accurate description of the accommodation you are expecting.

Lease agreements
All lease agreements are provided by THE2010HUB and have been drawn up by our attorneys. Signature of such lease agreements will be arranged and witnessed by THE2010HUB after the validation process is complete.

All accommodation and breakages deposits are held in a trust account with one of the major banks. Please note that this keeps the funds out of reach of all parties and monies are only released once homeowners have fulfilled their part of the contract. This ensures that all accommodation standards are met, long after deposits have been paid.
