TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADVERTISING OR PUBLISHING INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE
ANY ADVERTISER, SUBSCRIBER, PROPERTY OWNER OR OTHER USER OF THIS WEBSITE (hereinafter
"the Advertiser") ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE PUBLISHES INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1. This website is intended to provide information of properties available for accommodation purposes during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and advertising of other services and or other products thereto.
2. The Advertiser acknowledges that the information provided by him is his/her responsibility. As such the2010HUB cannot and does not accept any responsibility for the correctness or otherwise of the information published on the website. Any inaccuracies should be brought to the attention of the2010HUB who will use their best endeavors to correct such inaccuracies.
3. The Advertiser acknowledges that he/she is fully authorized to let out the property as per the information published. In so far as if the Advertiser is not the legal owner of the property it must be disclosed as set out hereunder and the Advertiser guarantees that all consents, approvals and/or authorizations necessary have been obtained from the legal owner of the property, the property management, and/or all other persons or entities which may have any interest in the property.
4. The Advertiser acknowledges that he/she is aware that the information published by him/her on the website will be made available to internet users as well as travel agents, estate agents or other third parties in the sole discretion of the2010HUB. The purpose of publishing the information as aforesaid is to provide the Advertiser with the ability to effectively market the available accommodation. The2010HUB however provides no guarantee whatsoever that the property or accommodation will be utilized.
5. Tariffs for listing on this website are subject to change without notice but will not effect listings already performed prior to change of tariffs.
6. The Advertiser acknowledges that in the event of a booking being confirmed, the lease agreement between the Lessor and the Lessee will be completed on the standard lease agreement issued by the2010HUB.
7. This agreement may be cancelled by the Advertiser at any time prior to a lease agreement being signed provided that the Advertiser gives 30 days written notice prior to the date of cancellation via registered mail to the following registered address :

If a lease agreement had been entered into, the termination of this agreement will in no way affect it and the rights of the2010HUB flowing there from.
8. The Advertiser authorizes the2010HUB to negotiate rental fees with any prospective tenants for the period stipulated in point 7 above. However the Advertiser’s decision is final should he not be prepared to accept the negotiated rental.
9. The Advertiser accepts that the2010HUB, through their independent auditors, will be responsible for accepting and managing all rental income received on their behalf and that the Advertiser will have no claim on any of the interest accrued.
10. The Advertiser acknowledges that an administration fee on the contract price will be charged on the acceptance of the lease agreement by both parties at fifteen percent of the contract value.
11. In the event of inappropriate use of this website the2010HUB will have the right to refuse publication and/or to withdraw any publication without notice. Should such publication be withdrawn the2010HUB will not be liable to refund any tariffs/fees paid by the Advertiser.
12. Advertising material, listings, banners, logos, links, images, text or any other material published on this website may or may not be removed after cancellation of listing s and/or advertisements and/or any publication on this website the2010HUB does not take any responsibility for any publications, material, images, logos, text etc. which are cancelled or removed but still appearing on or through any Search Engine, ISP, Internet Exchange or any other organization, pages or sites including this website due to cache or any other reason.
13. The Advertiser agrees that there will be no refunds of any payments made to the2010HUB.
14. The Advertiser accepts that the2010HUB gives no guarantee on income projections used for marketing purposes on their website as they are purely guidelines in so far as each property is different and would therefore command a different rental price.
15. The Advertiser acknowledges the fact that the2010HUB reserves the right to inspect and validate the property prior to closure of the lease agreement, in order to ensure that the Advertiser has not in any way been guilty of misrepresenting the information published on the website.
16. The Advertiser confirms that the2010HUB does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the correctness or otherwise of the information published and shall not be held liable should the information published on the website be incorrect for whatever reason.
17. The Advertiser indemnifies the2010HUB against any claims of any tenant whatsoever.
18. The address given by the Advertiser as his address as opposed to the accommodation address will be his domicilium citandi et executandi, in other words his address where all notices or documents may be given to him.
19. By submitting information for publication on this website, the Advertiser confirms that he/she is aware of the abovementioned information and terms and conditions of use and that he/she consents thereto and this becomes a legal and binding agreement on the date of such submission.
